| Summary | 0055014: IndexedDB data synchronization error - Extremely large Terminal Log caused by the module "Events for client" | |||||||
| Description | Some clients are having problems with the "Events for clients" module where an extremely large TerminalLog is being generated due to the following line of code: https://gitlab.com/openbravo/product/pmods/org.openbravo.events.client/-/blob/master/web/org.openbravo.events.client/source/events/messagesmanager.js?ref_type=heads#L34 [^] This is because since this terminal log is so large, the synchronization cannot be performed, thus leaving the till blocked and offline. The customer has to contact the support team to delete this terminal log from the IndexedDB, otherwise, no order, cash-up, cash management, etc. is synchronized. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | We attached the log of the problem so that you can check that the error comes from the same, you must decide what to do with this log to avoid this problem. | |||||||
