0025740: Grid filters does not discriminate accents

DescriptionGrid column filters does not discriminate accents.
This is a big issue when customers wants to verify if, i.e., a BP already exist in the system before creating a new one.
Steps To Reproduce1. Search for an accented word in grid column filter, but without using accents in search temrs.
2. Check how the system is not finding any result.
Proposed SolutionAdd this feature.
