| Description | Grid column filters does not discriminate accents. 
This is a big issue when customers wants to verify if, i.e., a BP already exist in the system before creating a new one. | 
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Search for an accented word in grid column filter, but without using accents in search temrs. 
2. Check how the system is not finding any result. |
