Summary

0007775: General Ledger Report cannot be exported

DescriptionWhen generating a General Ledger Report, if I try to export it to Excel, or Print it or send it by mail, I get a blank report
Steps To Reproduce1. Go Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || General Ledger Report
2. Filter to obtain some data and click in HTML Format button
3. The report is shown. Now click in Export to XLS button. A file is obtained, but it is blank.
4. Click in Print button, you get an empty window with and error "The file does not start with PDF". Send by mail is the same.

 I suffered this issue weeks ago: Eclipse throws a PermGen Space error. I fixed this it by configuring correctly my tomcat in eclipse. I added to the launch arguments:
-server -Xms384M -Xmx1024M -XX:MaxPermSize=256M
Since then, pdf and excel where correctly generated.

 I am able to export the report correctly from a local installation. This could be related to a printing issue which had to do with the format of the web.xml mappings in tomcat.

Unable to export the report from the tecnicia14 trunk installation

 I think that the problem here is that Print and Email options should not display there: see issues 0007843 and 0007844

 Referred issues are because of emails buttons that should be removed. Print and Excel Export are required features.

 E-mail button is not displaying anymore.

 The Email button is not in the header yet. This issue was fixed.
I've tested the issue and im able to see the below

1.- The Query is not returning any result in any case. And in one specifoicall test that i've done return a null pointer exception (in PI selecting the first and the last account).
2.- Cause the query is not returning nothing the html button is no working and the excell appears blank.
3.- In my opinion the PDF button has the issue commented above and also the link to the PDF is incorrect. I now that this is an issue already resolved in another issue [1].
