| Steps To Reproduce | In Openbravo backoffice : The POS user has a role with user action 'CreateCancelTicket' configured and 'Active' = Y Have a sale with: Type: Order Status: Paid Delivery Status: Delivered Login in POS with a correct user on the channel touchpoint Go to 'Orders' menu Search the previous sale Click on the '3 dots' button The 'Cancel Order' button is grayed out (OK - see Cancel Order grayed out Orders menu.png) Go to 'Orders' menu Click on the previous sale to open it Click on the '3 dots' button => 'Cancel Order' button is not grayed (but an error is displayed if we click on it - see Cancel Order not grayed out Opened order.png) It should be grayed out, same as the Orders menu | |||||||
