We cannot reproduce this problem with an iPhone updated to the latest release, and with the standard environments. Superficially the problem seems to be related to a problem with the size of the masterdata. Safari supports a significantly smaller amount of data in the local database. It seems this particular environment is loading a very large amount of customers in the local database. A possible solution could be to enable the Customer Remote mode, so that the amount of total records loaded in the database is smaller. |
