| Summary | 0054370: Not possible to process Verified Returns for only the services attached to a product | |||||||
| Description | After completing a sell of a product with a service attached, it is not possible to select the checkbox of the service inside the Verified Returns popup. Issue reproducible in 24Q1 (QA) & in 23Q4.1. Not reproducible in 23Q2.3 backwards. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | (Precondition): --- Log in ERP using below login credentials. 'Username': Openbravo 'Password': openbravo Change the role to Group -Admin-The White Valley Group Go to Product Window Select record 'Fit in the car' and check 'Returnable' to TRUE --- 0-Login POS2 as CMS-2. 1-Add 'Baby Carrier' product to the current receipt. Click in the just button below the price in the present ticket product (gear button). 2-Add Service 'Fit in the Car' to the receipt. Click in the arrow of the search bar to finish that process. 3-Complete the Receipt(Pay and finish). 4-Go to 'Orders' window in the sidebar menu. Look for the just created record and click in the 3 dots button of the just created order and select "Verified Returns". 5- Inside "Verified Returns" popup, select only 'Fit in the car' checkbox and click "APPLY" button. DEFECT: The process can not continue and an error is shown in the screen and inside the Console (check attached image). | |||||||
