When changing this behaviour a number of things have to be taken into account: - When the product name is displayed translated, then the filter in the header of the selected should also use the translated name. Otherwise you can see some translated name but not filter for this translated name, which is confusing. - When the product selector is called from i.e. the sales order line, and the selector uses the translated product name and the selector is closed, then the translated product name is copied into the product field of the sales order line (which is fine). but when saving the sales order line some code runs and replaces the translated product name by the name in the base language and reverts this which is confusing. |

The issue with the displayed data and the filter is applicable to all windows showing translated data. |
