| Description | In "Follow-up files" screen in WebPOS, when we try to close an alteration, it is currently mandatory to type a reason in order to close the alteration. We would like to have this field set as optional and not mandatory | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Log in to Webpos Access to the page "Follow up File" (Quick access on the left) Select the file and Select the CTA “VOID/CLOSE” Current result : can select the CTA “SUBMIT REASON” without reason (mandatory field) (without action, doesn't close the file) Expected result : We should be able to close a file without mandatory reason (checked with Business teams) | |||||||
