Summary0050796: Alteration follow-up files : the reason to close a file should not be mandatory
DescriptionIn "Follow-up files" screen in WebPOS, when we try to close an alteration, it is currently mandatory to type a reason in order to close the alteration.

We would like to have this field set as optional and not mandatory
Steps To ReproduceLog in to Webpos
Access to the page "Follow up File" (Quick access on the left)
Select the file and Select the CTA “VOID/CLOSE”

Current result : can select the CTA “SUBMIT REASON” without reason (mandatory field) (without action, doesn't close the file)
Expected result : We should be able to close a file without mandatory reason (checked with Business teams)
