0048815: Offline Popup shown when login SCO.

Description- Message Value: OBMOBC_OnlineConnectionHasReturned
- it is displayed in popup OB.UI.ModalOnline:
- The login was done in offline, because one particular request failed
- System tried to reconnect, and it worked, and for this reason the popup was displayed, asking to do login in "online"
Steps To ReproduceIn DKT Prod,
- Do login online
- Shutdown the network
- click F5
- offline login will be done
- The login was done in offline, because one particular request has been failed.
- For this reason the popup was displayed, asking to do login in "online"


Proposed SolutionWe need to find which request has been failed and Why it is failing.

This popup is shown when the session is lost, and customer needs to login. Once this situation is reached, this is not possible to avoid, so showing the popup is correct in our view.

The problem probably happens because some request is failing due to timeout. We are about to finish the following issue:

In our view, the best course of action would be to apply the solution for that issue, and then once the problem happens again, check the logs as they should now contain the information about which request failed due to timeout.
