Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a new entry in Balance Sheet and P&L structure Setup
      Organization: F&B España, S.A
      General Ledger: F&B International Group US/A/US Dollar

Log in with a role that does not have access to F&B España, S.A. (For instance, F&B US, Inc. - Admin)
   Go to Balance Sheet and P&L structure
   Check you can select previously created accounting report and you should not
   In any case, Organization combo will be empty so the report could not be launched

    Create a new entry in Balance Sheet and P&L structure Setup
      Name: Report B
      Organization: F&B US East Coast
      General Ledger: F&B International Group US/A/US Dollar

Log in with role F&B US, Inc. - Finnance
   Go to Balance Sheet and P&L structure
   Verify you can only select the report B

Fixes issue 40698: Filters accounting reports by organization.

Prior this fix, when selecting accounting reports, organizations the role has
access were not considered.
This fix retrieves accounting reports considering organizations the current
role has access.
