DescriptionPerformance problems in General Ledger Report when grouping it by Business Partner

In an environment with the following data, the report takes one hour:

- 11127 records in FACT_ACCT table for the date range selected
- 3507 different business partners on that records
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Launch the General Ledger Report from 01-01-2017 to 31-07-2017
   Filter it by only one account: Clientes (euros) a corto plazo
   Group By Business Partner
   Check the report remains waiting and do not show any value

 Problem is due to a big value in Session Preferences records range parameter.
General Ledger report uses this value as report pagination when running it in HTML.
If we set a lower value (e.g. 100), report is correctly paginated and it takes only some seconds.
