Summary

0035292: API Change: Ping Service and Trigger State columns should be deleted

DescriptionThe Mobile Server Definition window used to have two fields: Ping Service and Trigger State. These fields were used in the previous approach that we used to use to monitor the status of the central and store servers.

The new approach does not need them, it is better if we get rid of them. I checked and they are not used by any module other than where they were referenced in mobile.core.
