0032093: [SERQA 627] Payments done in generic orgs can not be selected from a financial account deffined on its legal entity org

DescriptionWhen you have a hierarchical organization infraestructure with one Legal entity and some generic organizations depending on it, if you have payments done for the generic organizations and you try to select them from a financial account defined for the legal entity, those payments does not appear.
Steps To Reproduce1. Ensure you have an organization with one legal entity organization and any generic organization depending on it.
2. Make payments in/out or invoices paid in status payment received
3. Define a financial account for the legal entity
4. Press the button Add multiple payments and check there is no payment to select, you can not select the payments done for the generic organizations.
5. Make the same exercise adding one record to the transaction tab and pressing the search button of payment field, check there is no payment to select, you can not select the payments done for the generic organizations.
Proposed SolutionShow generic organizations payments that depend on the legal entity org.
To make easier the payments selection, add the organization column to the pop up to select payments.
