0028832: Changing the document or quotation prefix does not work in WebPOS

DescriptionChanging the document or quotation prefix does not work in WebPOS
Steps To ReproduceExecute any of the 4 available tests that are in pi-mobile
Verify that most of the times, they fail
Verify that if a document or quotation is created when the prefix has been changed, the next prefix change fails

Prefix related tests:
- I27631_DocumentnoResetAfterChangingPrefix
- I27631_QuotationnoResetAfterChangingPrefix
- I28690_DocumentnoPrefixChangeAndSale
- I28690_QuotationnoPrefixChangeAndSale

Note: reactivate the tests when the fix is ready

 As of now this is considered a design defect. The best workaround for customers would be to define a new POS Terminal if they need to change the prefix, and they also need to reset the sequence.
