0027501: Time and DateTime fields are not converted to the local timezone in Query/List Widgets

Description

Time and DateTime fields are not converted to the local timezone in Query/List Widgets. The time/datetime is always shown in the timezone of the server

Steps To Reproduce

- Create a Query/List widget with a Time column. Or you can modify the Invoices to Pay widget by replacing inv.invoiceDate as invoiceDate with inv.creationDate as invoiceDate and then changing the reference of the Date column to DateTime.
- Access to that widget from two client in different timezones. Check that the datetime shown is the same in both clients, the time is not being converted to the local timezone.
