0027457: Stock Reservations are not processed when generating a picking list

DescriptionStock Reservations are not processed when generating a picking list (Warehouse Picking list module)
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Sales Order and book it
   Generate a Warehouse Picking List from it
   Check the associated Stock Reservation is in draft status

caused by defect 0026887 closedumartirena Modules Generate picking list is generating stock reservation event though there is not stock in the warehouse for the product

 Verified that Stock Reservations are completed: see screenshots at https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B649lz4ZYJcHZlJlZlRjNkZmUzA&usp=sharing [^]

Also verified that fix for related issue 0026887 keeps working.
