| Summary | 0026708: Get Constraint error while updating any column in Subscribed Services Tab | |||||||
| Description | Steps: 1)Create a subscription and add subscribed service as per the below screenshot 2)Modify the overage policy for the ratecard service Line : Oracle Cloud IaaS Data Transfer - GB PER MONTH . So now I click on that ratecard service , change the Overage Policy and save it BUT I get an error: Error:Saving Failed.There is a constraint defined that was not satisfied. Please check the data entered 3)The reason I get the error is for this line, the ‘Bill To Customer’ in the Billing Details section is having some value But since the display logic is not showing that field, I cannot Modify it to make it NULL. Workaround is a)I need to Uncheck ‘Do Not Generate Invoice Plan Lines’ b)Remove the entry from ‘Bill To Customer’ field. c)Change the overage Policy d)Check back the ‘‘Do Not Generate Invoice Plan Lines’ Save and it lets you save it. | |||||||

This email was sent on May 13.
