| Summary | 0026369: Service Contract line level Bill is populated and giving a error while save the line | |||||||
| Description | Subscribed Services lines throws a error message indicating the values is not correct. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Enter the subscription header with Customer, Address and Contact at the subscription header level and all other necessary data required. 2.Create a line and notice that bill to at the line level is blank. 3.Save the line. 4. Now open on the line in update mode (e.g. change the end date) and notice the bill to is populated. 5. Save and error will appear. Error says - Saving failed. There is a constraint defined that was not satisfied. Please check the data entered 6. Remove the bill to value and then able to save the line. Screenshot attached. | |||||||
