0026235: Refresh the grid after deleting a record in the user interface

DescriptionIt would be nice to have a preference that allow users to refresh the grid after deleting a record in the user interface. This way possible changes done in the data, for example trough an event handler, would be displayed without the need of clicking on the refresh button.

Fixed issue 26235:Refresh the grid after deleting based on a preference

Added OBUIAPP_RefreshAfterDeletion property. If it is equal to Y grid will be automatically refreshed on deletion
