0023881: Empty drop down for product in sales and purchase invoice creation of lines

DescriptionThis is not working with MP23.

Both purchase and sales invoice product drop-down lists are empty.

 Hi,

We are not able to reproduce this Issue, it is working fine for us.
Maybe it is a problem in your Context and you need to recompile, clear the cache or something like that.
Tomorrow or the day after, the demo context in demo.openbravo.com will be updated with MP23 and you will be able to check that it works there.
If you still have more problems with your Application, you should refer to support.

 I did:

1. ant clean

2. checked that /var/lib/tomcat/webapps didn't have an openbravo map

3. ant smartbuild

4. checked that /var/lib/tomcat/webapps has an openbravo map

5. cleaned browser caches

6. restarted tomcat, computer and browser


Still the same problem!

It worked before the upgrade from MP 22.1 to MP 23!

If I run the Spanish example organization it works!

What has changed in my created organization by the update?

 no error messages in logs of tomcat
no trace where to look

all happened after normal upgrade without any intervention

 After updating changing from QA Approved to Test in the module settings, now the drop down lists work!!!!

This means something has changed in the Test version which makes this working.

What did you change?

now core 3.0.20452 is installed!

 By changing to QA Approved to Test, you are no longer in MP23, but something in between MP23 and MP24.

One question, do you have defined any warehouse?
There is an issue fixed for MP24 that fixes that problem:
