0023429: New record does not work correctly when there are more than 100 records in the grid

DescriptionI have been reproducing this error in the Business Partner window but I believe it is generic.

When you have less than 100 business partners and you open the Business Partner window in grid mode, if you initiate a new record creation without any other previous step (upon opening the window, the focus is in the filter - leave it there and press New Record), a new record is added at the bottom of the grid and you can edit it successfully.

If there are more than 100 records in the grid, the new record is created but it immediately disappears, making it impossible to edit it and leaving the grid in an invalid state.
Steps To Reproduce1) In the Business Partner window, create more than 100 records (by entering random records)
2) Close the window
3) Open the Business Partner window and without pressing any other key or moving the focus, press CTRL+I to create a new record.

The workaround is to first focus on a record.
