Summary | 0021251: Model level reset to Confirmed Stable after license refresh | |||||||
Description | When license is refreshed, it automatically changes acceptance level to "Confirmed Stable". Note this happens even when this refresh is done automatically behind the scenes. | |||||||
Steps To Reproduce | -Having a Professional instance with acceptance level lower than "Confirmed Stable". Case 1: -Go to Instance Activation and click on Refresh on line Case 2: -Try to install a commercial module that is not included within the license (this causes automatic refresh) In both cases, check module acceptance level is reset to "Confirmed Stable" | |||||||
Proposed Solution | This should only happen in case of promoting from Community to Professional but never else. | |||||||

It has been reported that it also happens when rebuilding the instance (without refresh). It is not confirmed but should be tested when fixing this issue. Ismael |
