This modal dialog has been implemented the same way other modal dialogs (Twitter bootstrap modal dialogs). Can you explain how you can return from this modal dialog to the main screen? Is this different as any other modal dialog in Web POS?

Adrian, no idea about the technical solution. My comment is that you can open some windows and can return to the application without doing nothing. This is an example, but I created other issues for the rest.

My concern is only whether we are properly supporting the process behind each pop-up. Maybe this case is not critical, but for example it happens also with the pop-up asking for confirmation when deleting a ticket. I just want to be sure that because we are not sending a command to some of these pop-ups, application will behave bad when you really want to execute the task.

Also from a user perspective, it is strange to open a pop-up which give you options (Confirm o Cancel), but lets you return to the application just doing nothing.
