0021080: "Delete ticket confirmation window" is not modal

DescriptionDelete ticket confirmation message is not a modal, therefore it is possible to return to the sales panel without any action on it.

Steps To Reproduce1) Create a new ticket
2) Try to delete it. Confirmation window appears
3) You can just click over the sales panel
