0019688: Rename Create Reg Fact Acct as “Close Year” and Drop Reg Fact Acct as “Undo Close Year”

Description

Rename the label of following buttons as especified:

Create Reg Fact Acct as “Close Year” and (in Spanish: Cierre)
Drop Reg Fact Acct as “Undo Close Year” (in spanish: Invertir Cierre)

Steps To Reproduce

In Financial Management/Accounting/Setup/Fiscal Calendar window

Open Year tab and select on year.Three buttons appears on rigth top. Two of them are Create Reg Fact Acct and Drop Reg Fact Acct
