0016444: OB 3 GA - Fiscal Calendar split beside clear terminology

Description"Fiscal Calendar split into: Fiscal Calendar creation and Closing Fiscal Year process
The process of closing the financial year should use clear terminology"
Proposed SolutionFiscal Calendar” setup contains functionality for (accounting) closing the Fiscal Year. Fiscal Calendar setup should only allow the creation of periods and years. The process of creating closing transactions should be moved to its own window “Close Financial Year”.

Fiscal Calendar window - remove the process buttons: Create Reg Fact Acct and Drop Reg Fact Acct, when you select a Year.

There should be a new window named "Close Financial Year" at the application path: Financial Management // Accounting // Transaccions

This new window must look like fiscal Calendar one but without the Create Periods button.
"The process of closing the financial year should use clear terminology, renaming the current process buttons of:
1. Create Reg Fact Acct: Rename as “Close Year” with an explanation that this creates the closing transactions and the corresponding opening transactions for the following year. There should also be a clear explanation regarding the fact that the following year must already exist in the system and that the first period of that year must be open. Documentation should be updated to use the following terminology:
a. Regularization = P&L Closing: Resets all revenue and costs accounts and posts P&L transaction. Currently posted into last day of last period of closing year. Should optionally be posted into “Closing Period” (in Spanish: Asiento de Regularización)
b. Closing entry = Balance Sheet Closing: Creates closing transactions for asset and liabilities. Currently posted into last day of last period of closing year. Should optionally be posted into “Closing Period” (in Spanish: Asiento de Cierre)
c. Opening entry: Posts opposite entry of closing entry. First day of first period of new year, which is correct. (In spanish: Asiento de Apertura)
2. Drop Reg Fact Acct: Rename as “Undo Close Year” (in spanish: Invertir Cierre)
