0019502: Production Run Status report: Q.Left has to be zero when the phase is closed

DescriptionIn the Production Run tab of the Work Effort you can fill out the quantities you processed and if it's a partial quantity and you know you don't want the rest produced, you should select the 'Close Phase' checkbox.

After processing the work effort, the phase is closed correctly. The quantity that is outstanding is zero at this point, but in the Product Run Status Report, the Q.left is showing the remainder of what has not been produced instead of showing zero.
Steps To ReproduceEnter a work requirement for a certain process plan (just enter a very simple setup). Create the work effort for it and go to the production run tab of the work effort. Enter a completed quantity that is less than the required quantity and select the close phase checkbox.

Run the Production Run Status report to see that the Q.Left is not shown zero
Proposed SolutionMake sure that Q.Left for closed phases is zero.
