0018321: On the new selectors the filtering is accent senstitive

Description

The filtering diferences leters with accents and without accents.

Steps To Reproduce

-Access to the application with admin role.
-Create a new product using a name with accent. For example: limón
-Create a price for the product
-Go to sales invoice.
-Create a header.
-Enter a line.
-Try to find the product created on the combo.
*If you write limón you find it, but with limon you don't.
