0017254: It is possible to create a record on read only tabs

DescriptionOn a read only tab. when there isn't any record available the grid shows the "No records yet. Create new" message which allows to create a new record clicking the "create new" link.
Steps To ReproduceOn "Financial Account" window create a and save a new account.
Go to "Transaction" tab and click the "Create new" message and save.
