0015879: Months appear in english

DescriptionWhen you create a new year in Fiscal Calendar with spanish as language, months are created in english
Steps To Reproduce-As Openbravo Admin (Language: Spanish) go to Financial Management || Accounting || Setup || Fiscal Calendar || Calendar >> Year
-Create a new year
- Click 'create period'
- realize that months appear in english

 This report is actually two issues:

1. The months table must be included in the translated tables set.
2. It must be added in the Spanish translation module the correct translation of months to Spanish

It has been added a new parameter for the Create Periods process to set the language the month names are going to be created

 * Testing the issue

This issue depends on the table AD_MONTH_TRL that must be translated properly as explained in the related issue 16128. If this translation is not available it is needed to translate manually the months names in this table before testing this issue.

To test the issue just follow the steps to test section and verify that now, when trying to execute the process "Create periods" a dialog appears asking for the language. After the language is selected and the OK button is pressed, in the Periods tab should appear the periods names in the previously selected language.

* Other areas affected.

No other areas affected. It has only been modified this process and its parameters.
