0015327: Synchronize Terminology repeats column name prefix

DescriptionWhen we create a new column of an existing table within a module, and use syncronize terminology process to create new elements, the process repeats the prefix of the new column twice (EM_XXX_ -> EM_XXX_EM_XXX_), and we need to change it manualy.

Looks like this problem has been fixed quite some time ago in issue 13174. So closing as duplicated as also can't reproduce anymore using current codebase.
