0013174: The syncronize terminology process insert an incorrect name in a column inserted in a core table

DescriptionThe syncronize terminology process insert an incorrect name in a column inserted in a core table.
The name of the column is updated to
em_prefix_em_prefix_name
Steps To Reproduce-Create a new module, set as indevelopment and add a DBPREFIX.
-create a new column in the c_city table. Name= em_dbprefix_name
-login as system administrator
-Go to the tables and columns window
-Find the c_city table.
-Go to the columns tab
-Create a new column. dbcolumname=em_dbprefix_name name=em_dbprefix_name
-Execute syncronize terminology.
-See that the name of the new column has been updated to em_prefix_em_prefix_name

fixed bug 13174: Syncronize Terminology sets incorrect name to cols in different module than table

 Followed the steps to reproduce and the issue didn't happen. Also, used the Easy Extensible Attributes (which calls the Synchronize Terminology function) and the problem didn't happen either.
