0014171: Error when importing a file with empty lines at the end

Description

The Import Bank Statement process shows the following error if the file we are importing has empty lines at the end:

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 2

Steps To Reproduce

1) Install APRM module
2) Install Cuaderno43 module
3) Import APRM and Cuaderno43 datasets
4) Create a new Financial Account
Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Financial Account || Account
* Type: bank
* Bank Code: 2054
* Branch Code: 0218
* Partial Account No.: 9129249788
5) Go to Transactions tab and click on "Import Bank Statement" button
6) Select the attached file and the bank file format (Cuaderno43)
7) Click on OK button.

Proposed Solution

If the line is empty skip it.
