| Summary | 0014171: Error when importing a file with empty lines at the end |
| Description | The Import Bank Statement process shows the following error if the file we are importing has empty lines at the end:
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 2

| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Install APRM module
2) Install Cuaderno43 module
3) Import APRM and Cuaderno43 datasets
4) Create a new Financial Account
Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Financial Account || Account
* Type: bank
* Bank Code: 2054
* Branch Code: 0218
* Partial Account No.: 9129249788
5) Go to Transactions tab and click on "Import Bank Statement" button
6) Select the attached file and the bank file format (Cuaderno43)
7) Click on OK button.
