0013832: Disable some erp shortcuts from the classic layout in new layout...

Description

as they partially overlap with common browser shortcuts or are not useful anymore in new layout:

not useful anymore in new layout
Ctrl+Shift+M -> expand/collapse menu
F9 -> menu show hide
Ctrl+R -> reload (in toolbar)
Ctrl+Shift+backspace -> back-button (in toolbar)

Overlap with common shortcuts
Ctrl+U -> Open role switch popup
Ctrl+Q -> Logout
Ctrl+I -> open about popup
Ctrl+H -> open help popup

F8 -> open alerts window

Proposed Solution

disable all those shortcuts for now when running in new-layout and later design new/better/consistent shortcuts

All the shortcuts mentioned in this issue are know not used anymore when the new layout is used, but they are still working in the classic layout. -> Closing
