Descriptionas they partially overlap with common browser shortcuts or are not useful anymore in new layout:

not useful anymore in new layout
Ctrl+Shift+M -> expand/collapse menu
F9 -> menu show hide
Ctrl+R -> reload (in toolbar)
Ctrl+Shift+backspace -> back-button (in toolbar)

Overlap with common shortcuts
Ctrl+U -> Open role switch popup
Ctrl+Q -> Logout
Ctrl+I -> open about popup
Ctrl+H -> open help popup

F8 -> open alerts window
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed Solutiondisable all those shortcuts for now when running in new-layout and later design new/better/consistent shortcuts

Tested together with issues 13810,13811 as this issue obsoletes those.
All the shortcuts mentioned in this issue are know not used anymore when the new layout is used, but they are still working in the classic layout. -> Closing
