0011227: MRP does not create work req on the basis of min inventory

DescriptionInventory for product A is 0. Minimum inventory is 50. There is no forecast or sales order. When the production plan is run no work requirements are created. Only when a forecast or sales order is entered does the system take into account the minimum inventory requirements.
Proposed SolutionProduction plan should calculate work requirements based on minimum stock requirements. A minimum stock requirement should be handled as a forecast or sales requirement.

 MRP does not create work req on the basis of min inventory --> It is working as intended, if you want to change the behaviour you should log a feature request.
