0009649: Starting dates of project phase should be a date equal to or later than the starting date of Multi Phase Project

DescriptionMulti Phase Project is created with the starting date as 26-06-2009. The project phases and tasks comes under this multi phase project should have the starting date is equal to 26-06-2009 or later than that.
Steps To Reproduce# First execute the Create a Project Type testcase.




# Go to Project & Service Management->Transactions->Multiphase Project
# Click New and fill:

    * Search Key: cca
    * Name: Consultancy for Customer A

# Click on Set Project Type button and select Technical consultancy and select the Starting Date as 26-06-2009. Click OK

Verify that phases and task created have the same values that in the project type selected.

# Go to back Project Phase tab.
# Edit Project delivery and fill:

    * Starting date: 06-01-2008
    * Ending date: 25-12-2008
# Save the record.

We are able to save the record even if the starting date of the project phase is earlier than the starting date of Multi Phase project. Practically this is not feasible. Only if we start the multi phase project then we will set the phases and tasks with starting date equal to or later than the strating date of multi phase project.

 Test Plan:
-Go to Project Type, an crete one:
 ·Organization: F&B US, Inc.
 ·Name: Technical consultancy
 ·Navigate to standard phase, and create one, name= Technical consultancy phase.
 ·Navigate to standard task, and create one, name= Technical consultancy task.
-Go to Multiphase Project, create one and fill:
  ·Search Key: cca
  ·Name: Consultancy for Customer A
-Click on Set Project Type button and select Technical consultancy and select the Starting Date as 26-06-2009. Click OK
-Verify that phases and task created have the same values that in the project type selected.
-Go to back Project Phase tab and modify
 ·Starting date: 06-01-2008
 ·Ending date: 25-12-2008
-The application warns that the dates are not correct
