0009166: SVN checkout shows a warning message about dev.openbravo.com

DescriptionI was following the update process to include 2.40mp4 in subversion (see steps) and, when checking out the branch, I got a message:

Error validating server certificate for 'https://dev.openbravo.com:443': [^]
 - The certificate is not issued by a trusted authority. Use the fingerprint to validate the certificate manually!
Certificate information:
 - Hostname: dev.openbravo.com
 - Valid: from Thu, 31 Jul 2008 16:50:03 GMT until Sun, 31 Oct 2010 16:50:03 GMT
 - Issuer: Equifax Secure Inc., US
 - Fingerprint: d4:00:28:3a:62:4a:14:80:b3:3f:8c:64:47:75:e5:59:1f:12:94:66
(R)eject, accept (t)emporarily or accept (p)ermanently?
Steps To Reproducehttp://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Openbravo_SMB_Network_One_Administrator%27s_Manual_2.40#Updating_to_2.40MP4.2FSubversion [^]
Proposed SolutionEither get a trusted certificate or well-document the process to not scare users

I got also an extra warning message after selecting the (p) option and entering my password:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
ATTENTION! Your password for authentication realm:

   <https://dev.openbravo.com:443> [^] Openbravo development repositories

can only be stored to disk unencrypted! You are advised to configure
your system so that Subversion can store passwords encrypted, if
possible. See the documentation for details.

You can avoid future appearances of this warning by setting the value
of the 'store-plaintext-passwords' option to either 'yes' or 'no' in
'/root/.subversion/servers'.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Store password unencrypted (yes/no)?

This is SVN related:
1) The SSL certificate must be accepted.
2) It is a common message SVN shows when checking out a new repository. It provides the option of saving the password locally.
