| Summary | 0008824: General account report does not display start/end dates correctly when financial year is not calendar year | |||||||
| Description | When the general accounting report displays the start/end date in its header, it assumes that the accounting calendar is the same as a normal calendar year (ie Jan to Dec). If the accounting calendar is different (e.g July to June) it display incorrect dates. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - Define a calendar with the first period starting 1st July and the last period starting 1st June the following year. - Run a general accounting report using that calendar (leave to/from dates blank) - The dates show up as 1/1/2009 to 31/12/2009 instead of 1/7/2009 to 31/6/2010. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | Change the general accounting report to get the start/end date from the first/last period of the calendar it is running against. | |||||||
