0008787: Corrupted module management console layout when installing a pack

DescriptionWhen you install a pack and you expand the pack in the Installed Modules tab of the Module Management Console, you get a garbled user interface. See attachment for details.
Steps To Reproduce1) Install the Spanish Localization Pack
2) Before rebuilding the system, expand the pack in the Installed Modules tab
