Description | After making a translation module for core. It cannot be applied in a fresh implementation according to the instructions on the Modularity Manual. It gives the following error: Database was modified locally, but as update.database command is forced, the database will be updated anyway. Creating submodel for application dictionary You've either specified a list that contains Core, or module specified is %. I have created a translation module (using the XML files of the Spanish one), I have exported it and, finally, I have installed it successfully. Just a clarification: the module you have attached is not a translation module, so I think the problem is that you haven't generated it properly.
