| Description | While completing the Sales Order in "Track and process Invoiceable Expenses" throws an error message. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Create some Expense Sheets • Steps: Login as Openbravo & Change the role to Openbravo Admin Go to Project & Service Management->Transactions->Expense Sheet Click New and fill: Description: Expenses Consultancy Employee: John Moneymaker Go to Lines tab. Click New and fill: Reinvoincing: Y Product: Service A11 Quantity: 1 Project: sca – Service Project for Customer A Check that: UOM: Day Business Partner: McGiver Supplies Go back to Header tab. Click on Process Expenses button. Click New and fill: Description: Expenses Service Project Employee: John Moneymaker Go to Lines tab. Click New and fill: Product: Service A11 Quantity: 2 Project: sca – Service Project for Customer A Check that: UOM: Day Click New and fill: Time Sheet: Y Reinvoincing: Y Product: Service B11 Quantity: 80 Project: sca – Service Project for Customer A Check that: UOM: Day Business Partner: McGiver Supplies Go back to Header tab. Click on Process Expenses button. Track and process Invoiceable Expenses • Steps: Go to Project & Service Management->Transactions->Invoiceable Expenses Edit mcgiver customer. Go to Lines tab. Select Service A11 line and check that: Reinvoincing: Checked Quantity: 1 UOM: Day Business Partner: McGiver Supplies Select Service B11 line and check that: Time Sheet: Checked Reinvoincing: Checked Quantity: 80 UOM: Day Business Partner: McGiver Supplies Go to Project & Service Management->Transactions->Create Sales Orders from Expenses Customer: McGiver Supplies Date Ordered 07-04-2009 Tick Complete and Process Sales Orders automatically check box (checked). Click on Process button. After processing it creates only Sales Order. That too in draft state. If I go to that sales order & try to complete means it throws an error message as ithout Locator. Please refer the screenshots about the error messages. | |||||||
