0008387: After upgrading to 2.50 I do not see my customizations on modules folder

DescriptionI upgraded a 2.40 to a 2.50. I had some custom tables that were migrated to 2.50 database, but the "modules" folder is completely empty.
Steps To ReproduceUpdate a customized 2.40 to 2.50 and see the modules folder

This problem happened because the export.database was called without the -Dforce=true property.
