Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Financial management->Receivables and payables->Transactions->Manual settlement
2. Click new and save.
3. Click on copy from settlement. Dates from and date to shouldn't be in yellow colour
Proposed SolutionDo not make date from and date to filters mandatory
