| Summary | 0008166: Shipments Awaiting Invoice Report does not exist | |||||||
| Description | A report showing the orders that have not yet been invoiced already exists. However, some companies (and Openbravo allows it) invoice shipments instead of orders. Therefore, a report showing the shipments that have not yet been invoiced is needed. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | Following current report 'Orders Awaiting Invoice Report' structure (Sales Management || Analysis Tools || Orders Awaiting Invoice Report), create a report with the following filters (see attached SAIRfilter.png): * From Date * To Date * Business Partner * Form of Payment * Payment Terms * Organization Display the following data (see attached SAIRreport.png): 1 - Group by Options * Organization * Business Partner * Sending Address Note: For the address, in order to improve the visibility, I suggest to only keep the Postal code, the City and the Region. 2 - Information Available * Shipment date * CONTROL_STRING o If (Amount Invoiced <= 0) Then CONTROL_STRING = “ABONO” Else CONTROL_STRING = “” End-If; o Warning: This column is important for the customer but completely specific. This column will be deleted for the standard new report. Please comment without any restriction the code associated in order to easily suppress it. * Amount Invoiced Pending * Shipment Status * Form of payment * Payment Terms * % Discount (of “Pronto Pago” if exists in Business Partner information). | |||||||
