0008089: Standard HTML version

DescriptionFor development purposes, an only plain HTML (i.e. non AJAX) version would be very handy. That would ease automated testing, cross platform development, skin development, mobile modules development, etc.
Furthermore, this HTML version could have only partial functionality.

Quite sure that with current architectural move to client side ui generation this request is completely contrary.

@plu: is that still interesting at all?
