| Summary | 0008027: Set up demo data for Email Integration | |||||||
| Description | In order for Email integration to work in the 2.50 demo application it will require the following configuration. 1. Client configured with email server and authorisations 2. Sample users require valid email addresses which work in conjunction with the server authorisations created in the client. 2a. These email addresses will be working email accounts created with the @openbravo.com suffix but should match the actual username. e.g. BBAdmin@openbravo.com 2b. Template emails required for Sales order, purchase order, sales invoice, and purchase invoice. These should use the variables defined in the email project. e.g. cus_nam etc. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to Sales management -> Transactions -> Sales Order Try clicking on the email icon to send a copy of the sales order. Input a valid email address for the recipient and click send. Application should return an 'email sent' message and you should receive a copy of the email to your inbox with an attachment of the sales order. | |||||||
